Realigned road segments, culvert replacement, crushed & stabilized road base & chip seal, cattleguard replacement, road & ditch crossing reconstruction, removal of existing culverts, mobilization, staking & implementation of SWPP & traffic control for a new and improved road leading to Zapata Falls- a destination for many locals & tourists.

Cooley & Sons completed all scopes of- Earthwork, Water/Sewer/Storm Utilities, Perimeter Drain, and Construction for the New Parking Lot at the Pagosa Springs Resort Expansion project.

Installation of 35,600 linear ft. of water distribution piping, installation of a water treatment building & pumping system, modification of existing water treatment building, installation of two emergency stand-by generators, installation of service tap connections, and the installation of a new 120,000 gallon water storage tank.
